Within the Global Talent Acquisition department, you will be in charge of screening, engaging and hiring the best talented colleagues.
We are searching for a results-oriented professional with self-confidence and high motivation.
Partner with the recruiters and managers to recruit top talent, from interviewing and candidate experience to talent onboarding.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process.
Build and maintain talent communities
Manage relationships with campus, key external organizations and communities to enhance Amaris‘s brand in the employment market.
Develop, plan and execute recruiting and employer branding events. Collaborate with internal customers to create event strategies.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Currently in your last year of Master degree , you are looking for internship.
Experience in business, events management, talent acquisition or campus management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both local language and English.
Business oriented with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition strategy.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities.
Please note that the position is open on several locations in Europe including Geneva, France, Belgium , Germany.
