Spain Internship helps students , universities and companies to connect with each other since 2009. Every year we organize thousands of internships in Spain and in other destinations , helping students to find their perfect placement abroad .
We have as well abroad experience as host partner in Erasmus + projects , supporting students to arrange their perfect placement for their curricular internships .
Mission proposée
Our collaborator is an e-commerce company located in Barcelona which is renting hotel rooms and fully equipped meeting rooms. They are looking for different international profiles with high communication skills, accustomed to teamwork and able to manage a high workload.
Position 1: Sales assistant
Tasks:
- Recruitment and hiring of new hotels in certain specific areas.
- Varied tasks and the opportunity of developing a wide range of skills in an innovative and pioneering company in the sector.
- Teaming up through the various internal departments with the goal of ending active processes in a productive and effective way.
Requirements:
- Italian, french and german level as native standard.
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Capacity for autonomous planning and strategic creation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and the use of Internet.
Position 2: Content assistant
Tasks:
- Work in teams through the different internal departments with the objective to finish active processes in a productive and effective way.
- Create profiles of new hotels.
- Call center support.
Requirements:
- Good english level.
- Microsoft Office knowledege.
Position 3: Training assistant
Tasks:
- Administrative management support.
- Resolution on the complaints and incidents.
- Work in teams through the different internal departments with the objective to finish active processes in a productive and effective way.
- Call center support.
Requirements:
- Good english level.
- Microsoft Office knowledege.
Position 4: Control assistant
Tasks:
- Review availability of active hotels.
- Tracking of promotional campaigns: Flash sales and internal promotions.
- Administrative management support.
- Resolution on the complaints and incidents.
- Work in teams through the different internal departments with the objective to finish active processes in a productive and effective way.
- Call center support.
Requirements:
- Good english level.
- Microsoft Office knowledege.
Conditions:
Location: Barcelona
Remuneration: 400€ monthly
