Mission proposée

Under the responsibility of the general manager of the house and working very closed to the creative director of the company, our new office assistant essentially will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Main responsibilities typically will include:
• Company secretary and global office organization
• Managing administrative task
• Managing office budgets
• Organizing meetings and managing databases (clients, supliers, partners…)
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Ordering stationery and fourniture
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports (in particular sales seasonal reporting)
• Liaising with internal staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Delegating tasks and managing interns
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Communication and marketing assistant
• Thanking part at the event organization such as fashion shows, press day, fashion photos shooting…
• Supporting the team during showroom and sales campaign

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

Personal soft skills: Very organized, report and control oriented, dynamic, humble, very interested on fashion, active, self-governing, adaptable, able to work on a fast growing environment, teamwork oriented
Education Profile : Business and/or marketing University or Schools. Former significant experience as long-term intern in to an equivalent job will be a plus
Languages: French /English fluent; Italian, and/or Chinese will be an extra that will make the difference.
