Daily Tasks;
• Assisting in General Running of the properties
• Check Ins/Outs of Tourist Properties
• Sending property reports back to the office base/owners
• Ikea Shopping for furnishings
• General Shopping of supplies for the properties
• Filing guest details with the police (as per law)
• General Admin Tasks
• Organize the calendar and work schedules for guests, managers, cleaners and maintenance.
• Update Social Media – Facebook and Twitter
• Update the website (word press)
• Email/ post letters to potential Customers
• (Monthly) Newsletters to client database
• Advertising Properties
• Searching for Properties
• Creating New avenues of Revenue with the director
Will complete one of the following projects depending on length of Internship:
• Complete Cleaning Manual and Manager Manual
• Complete Guest Manual
• Translation of Website into native language
• Assisting in the development of the 3 new websites and design
Compensation if given, (as this is essential training for someone to go into the tourism sector and we will spend a lot of our time training them up. We can not offer any concrete payment. though we may offer a hard work/ comission based incentive).
This office on a day-to-day basis speaks English and Spanish with our clients so if you need to practice either this is a good place to learn.
We can give you flexible hours around your studies, if you can only do a few hours a couple of days a week, so be it, we can work it out with your university´s criteria. The length of time can also be discussed; we are looking at a minimum of 1 month.
