Job Description
The International Legal Adviser is responsible for providing accurate as well as timely support and advice on a worldwide level in the various domain of Social & Labor Law to Directors, Administrative & Financial Manager, HR Officer within the 40 different branches of AMARIS.

The International Legal Adviser reports directly to Corporate Legal Manager.

The duties and responsibilities include:
Assessing and advising effectively to minimize and control risks to company and ensuring that the system, controls and process are appropriate as relevant.
Providing proactive legal assistance and advice the best solutions/approaches to deal with various legal issues like employment contract, dismissal, resignation, non-competition clause, non-disclosure agreement, company policies…
Ensuring that the legal documents (employment contract, addendum…) and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted and vetted.
Supervising, researching and analyzing implication of legislation, case law, regulatory matters that affect the company and reporting them back to the Board
Working with other members on particular project such as policies, procedure…
Thinking/consultation/reflection and implementation of strategic legal structures to anticipate various challenges related to the business
Permanent evaluation of risks and continuous action in the context of the protection of the company (its employees, assets and reputation).
The management and effective preparation of meetings with staff representatives
Representation of the company during these meetings, in collaboration with the HR Department
Development and animation of the legal training to HR and/or other management functions
The management of any litigation in relation to social law which could arise
Piloting and follow-up of the intervention of external lawyers

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
Ensure legal knowledge is up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team
