International company offering low-cost accommodations in more than 100 countries worldwide at the best available price (hotels, hostels, apartments and bed&breakfasts).
You´ll be in charge of:
Communication by phone and email with hoteliers to assist them
Hotel Support: follow up on cancellations, over bookings and complaints
Technical support: update pictures, review profiles, reset passwords and extranet calendar training
Benchmark tasks: monitor the rate parity and locate the best rates and increase availability
Account Management: improve commercial relationship and revenue management assessment
Account Management: improve revenue in your destinations and advise hotels about internet strategies
Assist Account Management Team where needed

9h00 - 18h00 (1h for lunch)
400€/month + Extra 1 day off per month
Possibility to work during bank holidays and increase salary (43 Euros per day), while keeping an extra day off
Work in an international, young and dynamic environment
French/Italian or German native speaker + English upper intermediary
