Mission proposée
For our company HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a motivated candidate for a six-month internship in our Sales Department (Travel Market Division), starting from September/October 2018. Within a high dynamic and international environment, the candidate will support the team in all ongoing business activities and projects.
Main Tasks:
- Support the Account Manager in the following activities:
-Updating and Maintaining of customer database (sell out/ trade spend file);
-Customer reporting and analysis;
-Customer payments follow up;
-Customer activity Plan;
-Follow-up of Trade Marketing activities (tasting, POSM implementations);
-Customer presentations ( Cannes Fair, Meeting, Store Checks, etc.);
- Support our Sales Services and Operations Team with their project of a Best Practice Customer Management Book.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
- Master Student or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Previous skills in Sales environment would be considered a plus;
- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Precision and proactivity are key in this role.
IT Skills:
- Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up).
Languages:
- Fluency in English is needed as this is our corporate language and daily base of communication;
- Any other language skills are considered a plus.
