This company is a Division of the Group that was born in 2013 to incorporate all the function related to edible parts and toys of all Seasonal products. For our HQ in Luxembourg currently looking for a motivated intern to support our KSC Program Manager in a six-months internship experience. As our intern, you will be involved in activities related to the migration of SAP (instead of Oracle) in Marketing areas, such as Industrial Marketing, Licensing, Strategy Innovation, and Digital Marketing.
Main tasks
The intern will support the team in the following activities:
* Review KSC operating model and simplify activities;
* Migrate from Oracle to SAP, coordinating the activities with other running projects in the same area;
* Act as point of reference for internal clients (MPG employees) for SAP issues;
* Follow-up of issued orders and deliveries (outbound and inbound);
* Manage of shipping documents required by customs.

Job Requirements
Profile
* BSc/MSc Student or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT or related fields;
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills;
* Analytical mindset;
* Proactivity and problem solving attitude;
* First experience in the logistics field/invoice management is considered a plus.
Languages
* English is mandatory;
* Any additional language skills are considered a plus.
