Mission proposée
There is currently an opportunity for a Marketing/In Store Intern to join our dynamic, fast paced marketing team for a 6 months internship in Dubai starting in May/June/July. You will work on in store projects and assist in increasing the brands' visibility. This involves planning and managing the implementation of temporary and permanent personalizations in accordance with brand guidelines.
In terms of permanent visibility:
* Brief and follow-up with suppliers on new units -backwalls or gondolas- to be produced, ensuring deadlines are met and minimum costs are guaranteed
* Take care of maintenance of existing units making sure our image remains excellent in all points of sale
* Coordinate the change of permanent visuals in all counters across all accounts whenever a major launch takes place
* Prepare planograms for different spaces updating them with each new launch
In terms of temporary animations:
* Brief suppliers simultaneously on
-New initiatives taking place, providing them with all needed tools to work on all animations planned
-All promotional spaces booked to support such initiatives across all accounts in the region and follow-up on layouts, giving feedback and ensuring deadlines are met
* Send layouts for approval to each client and request pictures of implementation to prepare launch reports

We offer a salary of AED 7,200 per month and a private health insurance
