Kinder Surprise Company is a Division of Ferrero that was born in 2013 to incorporate all the function related to edible parts and toys of all Kinder Eggs & Seasonal. The canidate will support the team KSC Global Supply Support in the area of cross – hub production coordination of toys.
Main Tasks
* Process and flow analysis to improve PLM (SAP module) and facilitate its users;
* Numerical analysis & forecast of capacity vs needs based on PLM and 5 years Plan to support an integrated and strategic global planning;
* Environmental sustainability evaluations in terms of impacts due to raw materials, production & transports of the toys.
* Involvement on cross-hub development in terms of automation & researches on materials.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
* BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Industrial / Management Engineering or related fields.
* Good analytical skills
* Problem solving attitude
* Comfortable to interact with people of different roles/functions/level
* Ability to organize documents and prepare meeting reports in order to support the update of the activities,
* Quantitative approach
* Adaptability to different cultural environment is requested.
IT Skills
* MS office (Excel, Power point, Outlook).
* SAP basic knowledge a plus.
Languages
* English. Any other language a plus.
