Assist the Guest Services Manager answering guests’ enquiries, dash across London / Paris, meet and greet, manage our concierge services, check-out/inventory, manage the suppliers (cleaning and laundry companies, handymen, etc.). Your main objective is to keep guests happy and the operation moving-in. You will hit the ground running and take on responsibility from day one

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, flexible intern with great presentation and problem solving skills. Willing to work in a fast paced start up, comfortable getting your hands dirty and taking on a variety of tasks. Self-assured and able enough to work with a very broad range of personalities. Practical by nature, with an organized mind and stamina to keep up the pace.
