We have as well abroad experience as host partner in Erasmus + projects , supporting students to arrange their perfect placement for their curricular internships .

Our collaborator is an innovative storing company which allows people to store things not fitting at home easily in other places.
They are a fast growing company, located in Barcelona and they are looking for French speakers in order to join the customer support and sales department.
Tasks
Serving leads and customers through different channels: Telephone, chat, and mail.
Implement practices to maximize the conversion of leads to customers, maximize the life cycle and reduce the time required for conversion from lead to customer.
Provide excellent customer service to help build an exceptional storage service that makes a difference.
Manage the care of all leads and customers of the company.
Achieve sales targets set by the executive team to meet the growth strategy.
Work together with the operations department, product, and management team to implement business processes that help reduce the cost of customer acquisition, improve the experience and maximize lifetime.
