Our collaborator is one of the biggest event organisator in their field in Europe. They are organising different events in more than 20 countries around the world! Each year they have more than 50 million visitors on their websites and over 350,000 clients.

They have as well their own online magazine, which is number one in the field of event management, providing fashion ideas and recommendations to plan the event of your dreams!

They are currently offering an internship (6 months minimum) in their **HR department - Native French**.

Tasks:
- Attracting suitable candidates for different departments (such as Marketing, Sales, IT) through databases, online employment platforms, social, media, etc.
- Assessing applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Manage, improve and scale various administrative processes, such as onboarding and offboarding (e.g. contracts) and maintain an up-to-date employee database.
- Support to the HR Manager and team in other tasks such as performance, employee mapping, reviews, payroll.
- Improve benefit package for employees and organize company events

Requirements:
- Studies in Psychology, Human Resources or Labour Relations, Law or similar
- French as a native standard level
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Working hours:
40 hours per week, minimum 6 months internship

Remuneration:
Around 550€/month
