Spain Internship helps students , universities and companies to connect with each other since 2009. Every year we organize thousands of internships in Spain and in other destinations , helping students to find their perfect placement abroad .
We have as well abroad experience as host partner in Erasmus + projects , supporting students to arrange their perfect placement for their curricular internships .
Mission proposée
Our collaborator is a start-up, based in Barcelona, which revolutionizes website creation for independents hotel owners, hostels or vacation rental. The company was founded by three partners and is directed by an Alumni from the Hospitality school of Lausanne, Switzerland.
Their platform helps hotel owners to :
Develop an attractive and ultra-intuitive website without any computer skills
Increase their visibility
Manage their rooms, their prices and availability and obtain direct reservation through an optimized reservation platform
Tasks:
Onboarding of their new clients after registration to ensure optimal grip
Accompanying their clients in the creation of their website
Daily accompaniment of their customers on the chat or by telephone
Ensure the link between their customers and the technical team
Design and launch of initiatives to optimize support and customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Fluent in French
Good writing skills (Spelling irreproachable in French)
Dynamism and taking essential initiatives
Analytical mind
Strong desire to collaborate in start-ups
