Our collaborator is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate front desk trainée to join their team for the 2024 season.
The resort is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming. On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.
Your tasks will include:
- Support the work of the F&B Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist in the delivery of banqueting events and restaurant experiences.
- Assist in the preparation of Banquet Event Orders, menus and wine lists.
- Assist the guests since the arrival, at the restaurant throughout the restaurant experience.
- Support F&B manager during the calculation of the department operations.

- Pro-active approach in solving problems.
- Strong motivation and desire to learn.
- Excellent grooming.
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent written and spoken English and fair Italian language skill would be desirable.

Conditions:
- Shared accomodation.
- Meals.
- Uniform.
- 30/40 hours weekly.
- Monthly payslip of € 500.
