Mission proposée
AB Apartment Barcelona is looking for native French students for a full-time internship (min 6 months, desirable 1 year).
You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and multi-cultural team and develop your customer service, communication, online marketing and content creation skills in an international environment.
Internship tasks:
• Responding to incoming client enquiries, mainly by e-mail and via phone
• Assisting clients with check-ins
• Researching, writing and editing content for online publication
• Creating content for social media, blogs, magazines and more
• Translation of texts from Spanish or English to native language
• Administrative tasks and providing general support to both customer service and marketing teams
We are a company based in Barcelona that specialises in short and long-term rental of apartments
• Located in city centre of Barcelona
• Young and international team
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
• Available to work 1 Weekend/Month
• Salary: 500€/month
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
You must be currently studying and be able to provide an internship agreement from your school or university.
Native French AND excellent English is required. Intermediate knowledge of Spanish is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent writing and copywriting skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and good knowledge of the Internet
• Organized, efficient, creative and the ability to use initiative
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good typing skills and excellent grammar skills
• Interest in languages and international environment
