Communication Officer

Mission proposée

Tasks:
You will act as a Communication Officer between the tenants and MCA's Executive as well as between the students and MCA's Executive MCA Languages<

You will welcome students and interact with current student(s)
You will be at the forefront if our students have a problem and you will be able to report it onto us
You will answer any questions potential students may have
You will organise events for students in order to ensure the atmosphere remains positive
If you find that some students are breaking the rules it would be your duty to report it on to us
You will manage the social network (instagram, facebook, twitter) of MCA Properties
You will write articles as requested in regards to MCA Languages or in line with travelling, learning a language or other topics as instructed
You will take pictures of social events with tenants in order to feed the social network
You will buy items as requested (i.e. birthday cake, soft drinks....)
You will have to become a guide for students
You may need to travel to Liverpool, take part in paid activities in order to entertain students

MCA Properties

You will welcome the potential tenants and show them how the property works
You will be at the forefront if our tenants have a problem and you will be able to report it onto us
You will sign parcels, receive the letters for our tenants and answer any questions they may have
You will bring laundry bags to the laundrette and buy any items required for the property
You will organise events for tenants in order to ensure the atmosphere remains positive
If you find that some tenants are breaking the rules it would be your duty to report it on to us
You will manage the social network (instagram, facebook, twitter) of MCA Properties
You will write articles as requested in regards to MCA Properties or in line with properties
You will take pictures of social events with tenants in order to feed the social network
Ensure that the place stays cleaned

Please note that the above list is non-exhaustive and can change depending on the number of students/tenants we have

Accommodation:
It is a requirement that our Communication Officer stays within MCA Properties building in order to deal with internal issues.
