Mission proposée
You will be in charge of defining and implementing strategies with our clients to attract talents and build partnerships with target universities for Amaris.
Talent Attraction Strategy
Participation, negotiation and organization of external events (forum, conferences, networking events ...)
Creation and management of existing partnerships with international universities and associations.
Implementation of all the negotiation counterparts
Coordination and follow-up of all events related to the talent acquisition strategy
Candidate communities animation
Anticipation and identification of recruitment needs for Amaris Group
Definition and implementation of action plans to improve recruitment performances
Responsible for the follow-up of the recruitment events
Animation of talent communities to support your business needs (former trainees, alumni, cooptation etc...)
Candidate Interviews planification and realization
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
You are autonomous, business oriented and proactive with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition strategy.
Dynamic and with excellent communication skills, you are fluent in English.
Ideally, you have a previous experience in recruitment, event planning or business development
