Mission proposée
Under the direct management of the Growth Manager, you will be involved in the Group's global commercial strategy:
-Assist Growth Management in strategic orientation of countries strategies and management of our Key Accounts.
-Communication and coordination with Countries Directors / Bid managers to understand the business action plan and associated win themes, overall story, features and benefits of the proposed solutions.
-Capitalisation, structuring and dissemination of know-how (knowledge management): clients, projects, partnership in order to help company to keep its fast growth pace.
-Perform extensive data analyses to determine issues, trends and performances.
-Preparation of presentations about the business evolution and expertise of the company to boost commercial opportunities.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
-Young graduate from a business school or university; you are ideally specialised in international strategy or business development.
-You are autonomous, rigorous, and passionate, equipped with analytical spirit and excellent writing skills and you want to grow and evolve in an entrepreneurial environment. You are interested in integrating a cross-functional department and learning about business environment evolution in a fast-growing market.
-Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timeframes.
-You must have an excellent command of the English language and ideally of French/Spanish/Italian/Chinese.
