Assist travel consultant for tailormade itineraries in Southern Africa
• Create customized itineraries and build the corresponding quotations and programs.
• Day to day client communication and general sales liaison until confirmation of trip.
• Negotiate with suppliers/ invoice clients/ follow up on suppliers payments
• Prepare and send travel documents
