Being part of the Marketplace team, you will have the next responsibilities :
- INTEGRATION:
o Training about the Marketplace operation
o Integration and optimization of new accounts
o Setting on-line
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
o Relationship with commercial and marketing Menlook teams to increase the visibility of marketplace products.
o Make our partners participate in our business operations.
o Manage claims between our customers and sellers.
o Monitoring and analysis of quantitative and qualitative performance.
o Improvement of process and project development
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or similar is required.
- A first experience in an e-commerce is highly recommended.
- You are motivated, proactive, organized and responsible.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Being open-minded, sociable and create a good atmosphere is very important.
Computer Skills :
- Good command of Excel is required.
- Mirakl and Demandware knowledge is a plus.
Language :
- Fluent English, written and spoken,
- Good level of French or German is a plus.
