Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant Intern from a recruitment and training provider in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. This company specializes in aviation industry, and provides not only recruitment service, but also training programme to improve your skill and for you to achieve your goal in the industry. This role is to support their administration and marketing activities.
- Assist in HR and admin
- Create awareness and assist in developing our brand and services provided
- Establish and carry out departmental goals, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
- Handle student inquiries and provide course counseling, telemarketing & follow up to sign up potential students
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing campaigns, career talks
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Assist in managing social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Source and secure sponsorship
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Support any ad-hoc assignment when required
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Required profile:
- Conversational English Skill
- Those who can multitask
- Interest in aviation industry
- If you are very familiar with social medias (e.g. Instagram ,Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) , it will be advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive person
